At Powerhouse Films, we stand by the quality of our professional cinema gear and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
